The first time I heard about the benefit of doodling, it was through an “Art Therapy” course that I decided to take to expand my knowledge and venture into a new career.
I have always been very attracted to learn about this powerful method which is used to treat various emotional and psychological issues.
Doodling is proved to be very beneficial on improving our memory and helping us to focus.
It can also become a very appreciated artistic expression.
