“INTENTIONAL DOODLING” Intentions, Creativity, Manifestations

We ALL are an expression of LOVE and we come into this life to share it with ourselves and others.

When we finally surrender to this INFINITE ENERGY, we discover our purpose and we manifest the life of our dreams.

Someone else that has experienced the struggle to reconnect with the TRUE SELF and has finally found a way to heal old wounds and negative feelings, can be of service to others to help them reach their own goals and become happy.

I was one of those people that has struggled for so long with fear, anxiety, depression and a feeling of not belonging anywhere, until I decided to come out of the darkness.

I always loved to draw since an early age and discovered that those times that I spent holding a pencil and a piece paper, were the times that I felt calm, focused and powerful.

I gave sometime to prayers and meditation until I had a vision to create a site called INTENTIONAL DOODLING where I share creative ways to unleash our unconscious mind, become aware of our emotions and while transforming them, become happier!

Let’s Be Kind To One Another

Yesterday it was the anniversary of my mom’s passing and today it’s “World Kindness Day”.

It’s the perfect combination that inspires me to express certain feelings.

My mom was such an intelligent and beautiful woman, who sadly suffered from depression, which led her taking her own life at the age of 46.

My brother and I were just teenagers at that time. and I admit, I was so self-centered  that I couldn’t recognize her cry for help.

After I realized that she was really gone, forever, I experienced lots of pain and blamed myself for being so blind, unable to stop the course of her destiny.

No matter how life goes on, every year, on November 12, those memories kept resurfacing, while bringing to light the tragedy of “suicide”.

But this year I have decided to celebrate this day releasing those bad memories and dedicate love and joy to my mom.

I see her surrounded by the energy of the bright colors of life itself.

I LOVE YOU MOM!

Now, I’m the mother of two teenagers and it’s very painful to hear about the many suicides happening between young people in today’s world.

I follow my kids on social media and I’m very concerned about the hate and lack of kindness that circulates through those posts.

The “bullying factor” is what brings children who suffer from depression and lack of self-esteem to take their own life.

This time I’m here for my children!

I teach them that it only takes a small act of kindness to lift others up.

Making someone’s else feeling loved and accepted, sometimes it may really change the course of their destiny.

Let’s be kind with one another and as responsible adults, let’s teach our children to become compassionate.

I’m very grateful for my own children growing up as kind human beings.

HAPPY WORLD KINDNESS DAY!

The Calm after the Storm

Everything shall pass…and it did pass.

Hurricane Irma is finally gone!

No doubt the world is going through some major changes. The force of nature is challenging us at its highest.

We cannot fight nature, we are powerless in front of it.

It is the most frightening feelings anyone can ever have when it comes to find the way to protect ourselves or our family in front of this extreme fury.

This is the time when we definitely understand that human beings are not invincible, that we need to put aside our arrogance and start respecting our environment.

We cannot fight it, but surely we can prevent it.

Our interaction with nature has to be directed to a state of complete respect.

Animals, plants, the water, the air are all part of us.

Once we accept that we are all ONE, we will transform our selfish attitude and make a huge difference for everyone and everything.
