SHARE THE LOVE!

Happy Valentine’s Day to all!

Enjoy the beautiful flowers, the yummy treats and chocolate, but please don’t forget that too many people out there need love.

I think about all the children, the old ones and the sick ones, who feel lonely, neglected, abused.

I’m sending a “HUGE VIRTUAL HUG” to all of those special ones, to let them know that there are still people who care.

I “SHARE THE LOVE” today and everyday!

Thoughts of Gratitude

I am grateful for life itself and the limitless power that I possess to create my own reality.

When I feel a sense of appreciation, I expand my own life and learn how to overcome any difficulties.

This process helps me bringing to light my humanitarian spirit and compassion for others.

I am thankful for all the experiences I have lived through and also the many mistakes I made which at the end, they have turned out as blessings.

I keep navigating through life with strength and dignity, thanking my family and friends who always did and will continue to support any of my efforts to become the best that I can be, for my highest good and the good of others.

Let’s Be Kind To One Another

Yesterday it was the anniversary of my mom’s passing and today it’s “World Kindness Day”.

It’s the perfect combination that inspires me to express certain feelings.

My mom was such an intelligent and beautiful woman, who sadly suffered from depression, which led her taking her own life at the age of 46.

My brother and I were just teenagers at that time. and I admit, I was so self-centered  that I couldn’t recognize her cry for help.

After I realized that she was really gone, forever, I experienced lots of pain and blamed myself for being so blind, unable to stop the course of her destiny.

No matter how life goes on, every year, on November 12, those memories kept resurfacing, while bringing to light the tragedy of “suicide”.

But this year I have decided to celebrate this day releasing those bad memories and dedicate love and joy to my mom.

I see her surrounded by the energy of the bright colors of life itself.

I LOVE YOU MOM!

Now, I’m the mother of two teenagers and it’s very painful to hear about the many suicides happening between young people in today’s world.

I follow my kids on social media and I’m very concerned about the hate and lack of kindness that circulates through those posts.

The “bullying factor” is what brings children who suffer from depression and lack of self-esteem to take their own life.

This time I’m here for my children!

I teach them that it only takes a small act of kindness to lift others up.

Making someone’s else feeling loved and accepted, sometimes it may really change the course of their destiny.

Let’s be kind with one another and as responsible adults, let’s teach our children to become compassionate.

I’m very grateful for my own children growing up as kind human beings.

HAPPY WORLD KINDNESS DAY!

Watch out! I am so happy, I am contagious…

There’s no better feeling in the world than be around positive and motivated people.

Once your learn how to keep your mind and your heart aligned with the rhythm of the Universe, you become happy and it starts showing in every aspect of your life.

The “smile within” brightens up your face and touches everyone you encounter.

It’s the “Power of Happiness”.

Whomever feels real happiness becomes contagious. Watch out!

The Power of “We”…the Power of “Our Family”

There’s no self centered attitude that will bring happiness and success into someone’s life.

Where there’s lack of unity there’s only failure.

It’s been experienced in our society today and that’s why we are at the brink of destruction.

But where and how does it all start?

It starts at home.

Each family is responsible for it.

It’s the way parents bring up their children.

A child from birth up to six years old is in the most vulnerable state.

This is the time when, as a sponge, a child absorbs and learns everything.

The beliefs that are set during those years are the beliefs that will accompany a human being for the rest of their lives.

Today the word “family” is defined in many different ways than it used to be.

It doesn’t really matter, a family should stay united and children deserve to be taught good values and principles.

United families mean a “United World”.

When a child at a very young age learns about respect, love, tolerance and compassion, it would certainly make a huge difference.

Let’s embrace each other in our own family. Let’s build our own solid ground first.

How do I expect to save anyone else if my own family doesn’t reflect those good values and principles?

Once we find that deep connection and we stand up to our own responsibilities, then we’re ready to shift our focus towards our friends, our neighborhood, our cities, our country and eventually to the entire world and beyond.
